As some of you may know, one of the most promising debuts to come out in recent years was Florida duo Viernes. To say the very least, their album "Sinister Devices" (#7 of 2010) won me over, and then some. I recently checked in with Sean Moore (1/2 Viernes) to see what they've been up to ... "an EP, which we are in the process of recording.". This is great news! Although the wait may not seem like that long to some, it still feels like eternity to me. In the meantime the band members have these tasty treats to offer..Alberto's solo project has quite a bit of variety in sound/freebies to offer, I really love this Deerhunter cover he did:
